Property and Cancellation Policies

Please be advised that we reserve a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking. 

Cancellation Policy is 21 days, Cancellations or changes made after 21 days prior to reservation or no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to the first night’s rate plus taxes and fees.


Reservation Policy


A valid Credit Card is required for booking.

  • Rates are based on one or two persons; a $50 charge will apply for each additional person over the age of six years.
  • The Tides Inn Suites are smoke-free. 
  • Pet free, if you are travelling with a Registered Service or Documented Emotional Support Animal, please let our agents know at time of booking by calling 1-844-834-3310or email at info@thetidesinn.ca
  • A minimum stay of two nights or more apply to our Executive King Loft Suite.
  • Valid photo identification and credit card in the registered guests’ name may need to be presented at the time of check in.

Check-in

  • Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily, 270 Main Street, Norris Point – The Tides Inn.
  • We aim for a stress-free stay and are happy to accommodate a late check-in. Please contact us directly at @ 1-844-834-3310 or text 1-780-838-4973.
  • The balance of the full reservation amount is payable upon check-in.
  • A refundable damage deposit may be required upon check-in. 

Check-out

  • Check-out any time before 10:30AM by local time.
  • Later check-out times may be requested at a fee, although we may not always be able to accommodate late check outs as it will depend on availability.


By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that evidence of smoking in the suites will require professional cleaning services and The Tides Inn has authorization to charge the fees associated with such services to the credit card on file.
